We charge one flat monthly fee, which includes as many restores as you need. You will never pay additional charges to restore your folders or files.
On-Site System and Data Protection
Our on-site data/system protection services backup physical disk(s), encrypt the backups, and then store them on multiple, US-based, private cloud servers. We backup the following devices:
- Servers
- Workstations
- Laptops
- Virtual Machines
- Network Attached Storage
Even ransomware and other forms of malware cannot harm your off-site backups. In fact, if the backup service detects a ransomware infection on your current backup, the backup service automatically repairs the infected files from a previously clean backup.
As the last step in the backup process, the backup service test your backup in the cloud by booting it to a logon screen. The backup process then reports the results. A logon screen demonstrates the integrity of your backed up disks. Your files are safe, secure, and readily available when needed.
Cloud Data Protection
The service backs up Microsoft 365 data and Google Workspace data. It backs up the data for each user account three times in a 24-hour period.
It also:
- Provides for redundant access to data during a Microsoft or Google server outage
- Detects ransomware on your current backup, automatically replacing the infected files from a previous clean backup
- Verifies each backup
