On-Demand Virtual Machines

For your on-site and cloud-based computers that we backup, our service includes on-demand virtual machines. Suppose your server or workstation hardware fails suddenly, using the most recent backup, we can boot a copy of your failed machine as a virtual machine.

When your failed machine returns to service, all your modified data files are automatically restored to the repaired machine.

Microsoft 365 Exchange Email

With our premium email services, we offer:

  • Malware filtering of your messages and attachments

  • Restoring calendar, contacts, notes, and messages from backups, preformed three times daily

    • Google Workspace Shared Drive and Google Drive files
    • Google Workspace Gmail, Calendar, and Contacts

    Network-as-a-Service

    With our NaaS, we supply the network hardware (router, switches, etc.), monitor it, and manage it remotely. The network hardware is fully warranted (parts and labor) for the life of the service.

    When the primary ISP service fails due to storm damage, vehicle accident, etc., our router automatically fails over to our secondary broadband service that your cell phone uses. Your internet service suffers no down time.
